I just wanted to drop a note of reference for Jason Conrad and all of the folks at Remax Dubuque.

 Jason is a consummate professional.  He is energetic and eager and hard working, and knows the ins and outs of the real estate profession.

 I have done four real estate deals now, so I know a little something about who is good and who is better.

 Jason made every effort to sell our house in the worst market in history, and did so.

 He provided us with directions to make our house show better and sell faster.

He was excellent at keeping us informed at all times.

 In fact, I would say he went above and beyond the call to keep us well informed.
He spent a great deal of time, effort and money to get the job done.

 On a further note, I recall a television commercial that Greg put out awhile ago.  At the end I remember him saying “Outstanding service!  Outstanding service!”.

 That was the only part of the add that I remember, other than the fact that Remax was the number one home seller in Dubuque.

 In point of fact, after our deal closed, and Jason and Greg were no longer obligated to us in anyway, Jason provided additional service to assist us on closing on our new home in another state!

 Greg also stepped in to help with our close on our new home by facilitating a last-minute wire transfer of funds for us.

 In addition, all the people at the front desk who handled our calls and our business were exceptionally kind, efficient and professional.

 Outstanding service indeed!  For once a commercial told the truth!

Sandy and I enjoyed outstanding real estate services from Jason Conrad (jasonconrad@REMAXdub.com, office 563-588-3078, cell 563-580-0766).  He expertly surveyed the market, oriented us to the Dubuque area by showing us communities, found us great homes that fit our varied criteria (historical, brand new, acreages, etc)) and then patiently showed us the homes (some on multiple occasions) while clearly pointing out advantages and disadvantages of each.  Finally, when we zeroed in on our home in Barrington Lakes (a community I would recommend you consider), he helped us through the contract and inspection process (in our case a $4,000 check to help with repairs) and stood beside us at closing.   Bottomline:  Jason is a dynamite, customer oriented, real estate professional!
